Azaz Ahmed

Founder & CEO

Mr. Azaz Ahmed has over twelve years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management across diverse local and multinational organizations. Currently, he also serves as a part-time Lecturer at the School of Business, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB).
His expertise spans key HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Training & Development. Mr. Ahmed has worked across a range of industries such as Telecommunications, FMCG, RMG, and Engineering, showcasing his adaptability and sectoral insight.
He holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka — the country’s most prestigious business school of the country — as well as an additional MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in HRM and International Business from North South University.

Ms. Tahmina Jahan Imran

Chief Corporate Officer

Ms. Tahmina Jahan Imran has an excellent expertise in the field of organizational development, training and development, curricular development. She has over a decade of experience in the development and education sector.
She is highly skilled in corporate networking, collaboration, team management, training management, in the education and development sector. She has acquired these skills while working at Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC), a US based Non-profit organization. Her work at this INGO was funded by USAID, Sida, Walmart and other renowned donors. In addition, she has worked for the CSR department of a major RMG organization known as ZXY Intl. Currently, she is teaching at a well reputed university known as ULAB. At ULAB she is taking Management and HR Courses for the Business School.

She has achieved an MBA in HR from North South University. She has finished her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, and Business Policy and Strategy from the same university.
