Azaz Ahmed

Founder & CEO

Mr. Azaz Ahmed has over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, with a strong impact in the field.

He possesses a broad skill set encompassing various HR disciplines, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training and Development, Organizational Development, and more. He has experience working in industries like Telecommunications, FMCG, RMG, Engineering Firms and so on.

He is currently pursuing his Executive MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka. He is also an MBA in Human Resources Management from University of Dhaka. He completed his Bachelors in HRM & International Business from North South University.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Tasnimul Islam is a distinguished academic and industry professional specializing in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. Dr. Islam earned a Ph.D. from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, where he contributed significantly to research and academia. His academic excellence and leadership have been recognized globally, as he has served as a syllabus reviewer for Human Resource Management at Christ University, India, and as an International Jury Member for Entrepreneurship Innovation at UiTM.
Dr. Islam’s academic career is complemented by extensive teaching and research experience. He served as a Research Assistant at Universiti Teknologi MARA and as an Assistant Dean School of Business Primeasia University, where he refined his expertise in education, curriculum development, and student engagement. His commitment to advancing knowledge in his fields has earned him a reputation for fostering critical thinking and practical skills among his students.
Beyond academia, Dr. Islam has substantial industry experience in marketing and business development. Previously in the corporate sector he worked as a Marketing Executive at Concord Real Estate Ltd. in Bangladesh and also as a Marketing Associate at Fuyo Design, Malaysia. These roles allowed him to develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and strategic business operations, which he integrates into his teaching and research.
With a unique blend of academic rigor, practical industry insights, and international collaborations, Dr. Islam is committed to excellence in education and research. His interdisciplinary expertise positions him as a valuable contributor to academia and professional organizations worldwide.

Ms. Tahmina Jahan Imran

Ms. Tahmina Jahan Imran has an excellent expertise in the field of organizational development, training and development, curricular development. She has over a decade of experience in the development and education sector.
She is highly skilled in corporate networking, collaboration, team management, training management, in the education and development sector. She has acquired these skills while working at Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC), a US based Non-profit organization. Her work at this INGO was funded by USAID, Sida, Walmart and other renowned donors. In addition, she has worked for the CSR department of a major RMG organization known as ZXY Intl. Currently, she is teaching at a well reputed university known as ULAB. At ULAB she is taking Management and HR Courses for the Business School.

She has achieved an MBA in HR from North South University. She has finished her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, and Business Policy and Strategy from the same university.
